Please send us an email or fax stating the number of people, type of accommodation, dates and any other supporting information (equipment, etc).  

For example:  

 "We are two people (one in wheelchair -spinal cord Th7 ). We would like to stay 10 days in Bali. We are interested in day trips particularly jet ski and snorkeling"

" I am in electric wheelchair wishing to spend 7 days in Bali with my Partner and 2 careers . "

This is enough information for us to start working with you to design your individual holiday.
